Five pages with a purpose

We agree the outline before work starts. A typical plan:

  1. HomeExplain what you do, who you help and why it matters.
  2. ServicesMake it easy to understand and choose your services.
  3. AboutGive customers a reason to trust the people behind the business.
  4. Proof + FAQsShow your work and answer the questions that hold an enquiry back.
  5. ContactGive interested customers a clear way to get in touch.

This website also uses five core pages, each with a clear job. See earlier work.

The scope has a clear boundary.

Online shops, booking systems, memberships, custom software, full rebrands, photography, ongoing marketing and unlimited revisions are outside this package. Tell us before booking if your project needs them.

HOW THE BUILD WORKS

Talk. Review. Launch.

One focused interview

We work through your customers, services, proof and the questions you get asked. Share the facts, your logo and usable images.

Copy and build, handled

Your conversation becomes the copy, design and five agreed pages. You review the complete draft and send one consolidated set of changes.

A clear launch point

Once the agreed changes, approval and final payment are complete, the site goes live on the domain you own.

Five working days from the agreed start

The window starts after your interview, payment, assets and access are complete. It pauses while feedback or missing materials are outstanding. Your start date is confirmed before booking.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Your questions, answered.

How much work will I have to do?

Allow 60 minutes for the recorded interview, time to share your logo and usable images, and one review of the draft. You do not need to write the website copy. One person in your business needs to be able to approve the work.

Exactly when do the five working days start?

The window begins on the next working day after your interview, starting payment and required assets and access are complete. Your agreed start date is confirmed before booking. The clock pauses while we wait for your feedback, approval or missing materials; launch also needs the final payment.

What if I do not have a website yet?

That is fine if the business already knows what it sells and who buys it. Leave the website field blank. You will need a domain in your own account; registration and renewal are separate from the build.

What if the first draft needs changes?

You review the complete draft before launch and send one consolidated list of changes within the agreed direction. New pages, a new direction or additional features are discussed and priced separately before extra work starts.

Can I keep my existing website and email?

We prepare the new website separately and agree the switch before changing the live site. Domain access is needed for launch. Existing email records should be preserved; email hosting and mailbox migration are not included.

Why pay for this when I could use a website builder?

A builder can be a good fit if you want to write, design and assemble the website yourself. With 5Pager, you are paying for that work to be done: your conversation becomes the message, copy, design and finished website.

Will it bring more enquiries?

The website gives visitors a clearer explanation of your services, evidence to evaluate and a route to enquire. It does not create demand by itself. Advertising, ongoing SEO, rankings and enquiry volumes are not included or guaranteed.

Who owns it, and what happens after year one?

After final payment, you own the bespoke copy and site files. Your domain remains in your name. Standard hosting is included for the first year; ongoing hosting is separate and its proposed price must be included in your written offer before booking. Third-party licences and any hosting requirements are disclosed there too.

The service terms explain the contract and scope.
